Office Administrator\n\nCardiff – Hybrid (3 days in office)\n\n£28,000-£30,000 DOE\n\nIntaPeople are partnering with a forward-thinking tech company in Cardiff to recruit an Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised all-rounder to keep our office running smoothly, support the leadership team, and help create a positive, productive workplace.\n\nIn this varied role, you’ll manage daily operations, assist with finance and HR processes, coordinate meetings and events, and act as the go-to link between employees, vendors, and contractors. If you thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment and enjoy spinning multiple plates while staying in control, this could be the perfect fit.\n\nDuties include:\n\n * Manage daily office operations, supplies, and maintenance.\n\n * Liaise with contractors, service providers, and building management.\n\n * Maintain workplace safety and compliance (security, fire safety, H&S).\n\n * Support leadership with meetings, travel, diaries, and NDAs.\n\n * Manage records, filing, correspondence, and shareholder communications.\n\n * Take minutes and distribute actions for high-level meetings.\n\n * Handle payroll, HMRC payments, purchase orders, and invoices.\n\n * Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.\n\n * Develop compliant business processes and ensure regulatory adherence.\n\n * Drive internal communication, engagement, and LinkedIn presence.\n\n * Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace.\n\n * Undertake additional tasks as required.\n\nExperience required:\n\n * Shown expertise in administration, office management, or a related position.\n\n * Multitasking and organising skills.\n\n * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.\n\n * Skilled with Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office.\n\n * Excellent general IT abilities.\n\nApply now
