Rate: £400 per day Umbrella (Negotiable)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a forward-thinking public sector organisation in the South West. This is a key role within a strategic estates team managing a large and diverse property portfolio.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering property disposals and asset management initiatives, ensuring best value and supporting long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a range of property disposals and asset transfers from inception through to completion
2. Ensure compliance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972
3. Undertake valuations, feasibility studies, and options appraisals
4. Develop robust business cases aligned to strategic asset management plans
