About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team here at Harrods. This role is responsible for driving incremental, profitable revenue through a portfolio of external partners, including affiliate publishers, premium content platforms, and performance‑led creators.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead commercial negotiations, placements, and exclusive opportunities
* Build scalable, always‑on creator programmes using affiliate or hybrid models
* Use insights to inform strategy, optimisation, and partner investment decisions
* Balance revenue growth with efficiency metrics
* Ensure best‑in‑class programme management, tracking, and compliance
About You
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with judgement management experience and strong negotiation skills. It is important that you are highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights previously using tracking tools, GA4, Adobe or Power BI, as well.
You will also have the following:

* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to balance performance with brand sensitivity
* Experience of business basics to launch new partner opportunity
