Your Role
We’re excited to invite a future team member to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team as a Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager. This position is based in Manchester with a hybrid working model.
What You’ll Do
In this impactful role, you will:
* Report to the CT Accounting Director and manage the EMEA team responsible for accounting and tax functions for a diverse group of Corporate Trust clients.
* Direct processes and allocate resources to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, accounting firms, and business partners.
* Set priorities for processes that ensure completeness and accuracy, providing guidance to your team to maintain accounting records in line with departmental policies.
* Resolve complex escalated issues and provide mentorship to team members.
* Recruit, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their contributions and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5-7 years of total work experience, with at least 1-3 years in a management role preferred.
* Chartered Accountant designation.
* Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
* A strong commitment to people leadership, focusing on recruiting, directing, and developing your team.
