Summary of Role Purpose:
In Financial Transformation, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. Our mission is to create a sustainable practice recognized as industry leader.
Our Financial Transformation practice focuses on working with leading Investment and Retail Banks to understand core issues and opportunities, delivering value-adding change across their Finance & Risk functions. Key drivers include regulatory reform, cost reduction, and Finance optimization.
The role is within our Banking Finance Transformation Capability, working with clients to deliver finance and regulatory change. Candidates should have extensive Banking Industry experience and knowledge of Finance Operating Models and Systems.
Description of the role:
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
* Client Delivery: Leading major and complex Finance programmes, managing cross-functional global teams, developing technology-enabled solutions.
* Business Development: Pursuing opportunities around the CFO agenda, building relationships to support sales activities.
* Practice Development: Leading development of solutions and training, supporting initiatives that grow the practice.
* People Management: Coaching staff, developing junior team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Essential experience:
* Analysis of strategic and business drivers in Financial Services
* Knowledge of Finance functions and operating models
* Leadership in managing large teams and coaching
* Experience in client sales and relationship management
* Influencing senior stakeholders
* Programme and project management
* Strong analytical skills
* High-level presentation skills
* Reviewing and challenging team-provided information
* Accountancy qualification or equivalent experience (optional)
