We have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Site Managers (New Build) to join Lovells Eastern region.
As anAssistant Site Manager (New Build), you will support the Site Manager to ensure construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters as well as to Lovell quality standards.
You will be able todemonstratea proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following key areas:
* Achievement of the Perfect Delivery Cornerstones
* Production and programme
* Quality control
* Cost control
* Site presentation
* Material delivery and control
* Sales/Customer liaison
