Salary - OTE of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
We are seeking to recruit an Automotive Transaction Manager for our Honda/Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Letchworth. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Business Manager or Transaction manager to make their mark, in a fast growing and award winning business, or a Senior Sales Executive who is eager to progress and take the next step in their career.
The chosen candidate will be a key part of our expanding team, with the responsibility of maximizing the sales and profitability and associated products.

You will also be responsible for
* Managing the sales processes within the department.
* Assisting Management in maintaining operations and site management.
* Developing marketing ideas to maximise sales with assistance from the Marketing Department
* Delivering exceptional customer service that sets the industry benchmark.
* Driving sales of vehicles and associated products such as service plans and insurance, with attractive financial incentives. This is through various channels including follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, and walk-ins.
* Providing in-depth knowledge and understanding, about products and services confidently to customers.
* Keeping a detailed diary system up to date.
* Meeting sales targets and maximising earnings through diligent follow-up and by capitalising on every opportunity.
* Conducting test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
To be successful in this role you will have

* Confidence, resilience, and ability build rapport and lasting relationships with our customers.
* Ability to work proactively within a team, aiming to exceed personal and team sales goals.
* A good understanding of customer satisfaction and following a strong sales process.
* At least 3+ years experience in the motor sales industry is preferred.
* Any additional experience in coaching or managing would be advantageous.
* Full UK Driving License (held for a minimum of 3 years)
