In this role you will: Collaborating with multiple regional Subject Matter Experts, assist the Functional organisation with further development of a world class Planning & Scheduling Team, with competency and capability consistent with business requirements and international technical standards. Support business development and growth in new sectors and geographies in line with the organisational Development Vision and Growth Strategy. Recommend fit-for-purpose systems, tools & training including future state ConTech. Support development and oversight of Project governance and compliance to ensure consistency of service. Support business service lines and corporate functions for key initiatives. Develop subject matter experts from within the company. Lead a multi-sector Planning & Scheduling group to ensure the support activities are effectively and timely provided to the business services lines and lifecycle of projects. Provide oversight on all projects and support functions to ensure that processes and procedures are being utilized. Monitor and report business programs, key initiatives for management review with dashboards and make applicable recommendations, where essential, to meet expectations in line with business needs. Recommend in-house/external training programs for Key Staff, to increase knowledge, skill sets & competency. Identify & recruit key staff to support strategic business growth while providing mentorship and training. Standardize service line processes, procedures, and development of personnel in support of the Linesight Project Controls Pathway. Shall act as a regional connector for Delivery-focused teams to influence innovation and standards. will leverage technology-enabled solutions and techniques and ultimately elevate client experience. A strong analytical & strategic approach to Project delivery. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and deliver to internal and external senior executives. Can travel frequently, nationally & internationally, to the various office locations/project sites on demand to service client and business needs. Experienced in managing a multicultural, geographically dispersed group. Have a Construction or Engineering related degree or Industry recognized, technical or management qualification. Awareness of scheduling software packages and able to discuss the benefits. Relevant technical industry (from institutions such as PMI, APM, and AACE) plus Management & Leadership experience within Planning & Scheduling. Experience in Risk Management and understanding of Quantitative Risk Analysis techniques and their application. Experience in the following sectors is an advantage. Life Sciences, Data Centres, Renewable & Alternative Energies or Hi-Tech Manufacturing.
