Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is working with an excellent SEN School in Crowborough that caters for primary, secondary, and 6th form pupils across three sites. The school supports a diverse range of needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, speech and language needs, mental health, trauma, and ADHD.
We are looking for confident and proactive individuals to provide pupils with the support they need to thrive in education. This role is fully flexible, with staff able to choose to work 1-5 days per week based on availability. Our Work app allows staff to update their schedules and block out unavailable days.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group classroom support
* Assisting teachers and support staff in promoting positive behaviour and engagement
* Building strong professional relationships with pupils to create a fun and safe classroom environment
* Providing support during break and lunch times
