Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged [specify age range], while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
Responsibilities:

* Relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above).
* Strong knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.
* Effective organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
