Salary: Up to £35k
We are looking for a Training Solutions Specialist to join Southern Water!
The Training Solutions Specialist is responsible for building operational training programmes aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of Wastewater operational teams.
They will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and training providers to develop solutions that meet regulatory and industry standards for Wastewater Operations.
The role ensures that external training providers deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
They will manage the relationship between Wastewater operations and external training providers to align training with operational goals, requiring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and scoping training solutions
2. Developing and managing external training delivery programs
3. Liaising with external training providers
4. Coordinating operational teams’ completion of training
An understanding of the Water and Wastewater industry and experience managing external stakeholders are beneficial.
