Main duties of the job
As our new Bank Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
* Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team
* Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external)
* Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care
* Scan paperwork, process applications, and collect paperwork from the wings

* Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage (GP surgery, hospital etc)
