Our Client is hiring a Graduate Master Data & Business Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day management of master data setup and help drive continuous improvement across core business systems.
This is a great entry point for someone who enjoys data accuracy, process improvement, and working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
What you'll do
* Own and manage daily master data setup activities across the group
* Act as the first point of contact for master data issues (analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve)
* Help develop and implement processes to protect data quality and integrity
* Support configuration and roll‑out of new master data solutions to streamline how data is captured
* Work with different teams to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver practical solutions
* Assist with business system implementations/upgrades and provide on‑site support when needed
* Create user documentation and support training material for processes and procedures
What you'll bring
* A 3rd level qualification in Business / IT / Agri‑Food / Supply Chain (or similar)
* Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills
* A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
* Ambitious mindset & comfortable working independently and as part of a busy team
Nice to have (not essential)
* Exposure to an FMCG environment
* Any experience with ERP systems or master data setup
* Customer service / application support experience

* Some travel to other sites may be required
