A business that has been formed to deliver critical projects to ensure smooth trade between the UK and EU post Brexit is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to operate as the key contact for all matters dedicated to your specified accounts. This will include overseeing and developing the operation of these accounts to ultimately build strong, long-lasting, profitable relationships. Key tasks/responsibilities as Customer Support Specialist: Serving as the primary point of contact for all account management matters. Providing Hyper Care services to frustrated customers Managing required mailboxes as required by Operations Collaborating with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents, guaranteeing solutions are delivered in line with needs and objectives. Supporting new colleagues to ensure excellent techniques are utilised. Monitoring service level agreements in real time to ensure they are not missed Acting as a mediator between clients and internal stakeholders to efficiently resolve complex customs or customer related issues. Clearly and effectively communicating business changes as needed. Performing spot-check calls for all customers. Monitoring repeated customer issues, addressing concerns and escalating where necessary to achieve resolution. Monitoring unusual activity such as increases in volume, missing work, reduced work and highlighting proactively. Maintaining detailed records, contacting those where required information is missing and following up promptly when required to enhance the experience. HubSpot Customer Account ownership including keeping it up to date in real time with conversations Owning handover of new clients to ensure a smooth customer journey We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist with: A good understanding and knowledge of customs gained through experience and/or qualification. Ideally a background of working with / supporting clients. Exposure of working with client relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
