Hales Group are excited to be partnering with our well-established client looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Lowestoft.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating and confirming delivery details
Processing sales orders
Keeping systems updated with accurate data
Handling delivery queries, ETAs, and general admin
Supporting customers with product info and updates
Assisting the Customer Service Team when needed What we’re looking for:
Great attention to detail and accurate data entry
Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
Clear and confident communication
A customer-first mindset LOCATION: Lowestoft
PAY: £12.21 per hour
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 5.30pm
TERM: Temporary to Permanent
