As our new Key Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the go to person for a number of our enviable clients, making sure they get the most out of our platform while keeping their compliance goals on track.
Responsibilities
Account Management
* Own a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and service excellence
* Develop tailored account strategies focused on retention, growth, and long-term value
* Understand each client’s business goals and deliver solutions that align with their objectives
* Spot opportunities to expand within accounts and drive additional revenue
* Represent C365Cloud as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and proactive support
* Handle escalations with confidence, coordinating internal teams and keeping communication clear and timely
* Produce accurate service reports that offer insights into performance, compliance, and improvement areas
* Maintain a clear understanding of client budgets to ensure proposals are commercially sound
* Monitor account performance and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership
Qualifications
* Proven experience in SaaS or Compliance account management or service delivery
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating complex client needs
* Bonus: Familiarity with compliance or enterprise software
