The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of litigated and pre‑litigated RTA claims and Credit Hire Litigation, working closely with clients, insurers, and counsel. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own files, contribute to team development, and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing department focused on RTA claims and Credit Hire work.
About You
* Minimum 2 years PQE in RTA and/or Credit Hire Litigation
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
* Experience across Small, Fast, Intermediate, and Multi‑track cases
* A collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to high standards
