St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Academy is located on Ling Forest Road in Mansfield, is a Catholic School within the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. The school emphasises its mission of "Belonging, Sharing and Caring", creating an environment where every child is valued as a child of God and encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally. We are looking for an inspiring Deputy Headteacher to help drive forward and further shape our vision for the school's future development. You will be an active member of the school community who will lead, support, and encourage collaboration to help the school meet and exceed its objectives. This role is a Reserved position which means that Applicants must be practising Catholics. You will join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff, supportive parents and a governing body who work in partnership to ensure that each child is happy, safe, supported and encouraged in all they do.

You will:

* Be able to buildsuccessful teams and work collaboratively with others to achieve success.

* Actively listenand effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences.
