This is the ideal next step for a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager ready to take full ownership of a team and branch performance. Be part of a respected and well-established agency Manage and grow a high-potential lettings team Structured career development and promotional pathway Excellent support and training infrastructure Uncapped earning potential What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Drive new lettings business growth and income generation Carry out property valuations and win instructions Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals Ensure outstanding customer care and service standards Register and qualify applicants, arrange viewings, and secure lets Oversee compliance with all legal and industry regulations Implement effective canvassing, marketing, and lead-generation strategies Conduct regular 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and team coaching Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local rental market What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in a senior lettings role (essential) Proven record in valuations and new business generation Strong leadership and people management skills High-level communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of the Greater London rental market ARLA/PropertyMark Level 3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential) Proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed Strong customer service and relationship-building focus Full UK driving licence What's In It For You?
