About the job: We require an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide clerical support to the Drivers in the Farnham area. The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Drivers function and other stakeholders in the business. Your main responsibilities will be: Production of regular reports Dealing with internal and external customers Ordering of stores and invoicing Minute taking as required along with general administrative duties Managing the depot's delay attribution As a minimum, you will need to have: The ability to work under pressure is a distinct requirement of this role Sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Office Must be highly organised and methodical Must have good attention to detail and be self-motivated Must be customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team Working pattern: You will work an average of 13 hours across a 3 day week Flexible to suit applicant and business need.
