Court Usher - Guildford
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.21 per hour
Temporary assignment with potential to extend - currently on the system until March 2026

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting a Court Usher to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Guildford - GU1.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up the court rooms (water, pads, pens etc)
* Ensuring correct schedule for the court rooms
* Collating court files and papers
* Giving directions to court rooms
* Ensuring courts are running smoothly
* Recording outcomes
* Data entry
* Face to face communication with court users and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Confident communicator
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* A flexible and reliable approach to work
Important: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and three years of references.
