The CHASE is a Specialist SEND provision at our Stroud campus which supports young people from 16-24. The provision is based around developing skills for preparing for adulthood and improving skills for employment and supported living. Through growth of the provision, we are looking to appoint passionate and adaptable individuals who will support our learners 1:1 or in small groups. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Support high needs learners to develop confidence and independence to prepare them for adulthood. You will be committed to working with a person-centred approach to enable learners to fulfil their potential within a highly differentiated learning environment. To meet the provisions of identified learners with EHCPs in the following areas: Communication & InteractionCognition & LearningSocial, Emotional & MentalSensory/PhysicalSelf-care & IndependenceSupport the young people in the Chase, either 1:1, in-class or out-of-class to achieve their EHCP and developmental outcomes, aspirations, goals & qualifications.
