Finance Analyst - Thurrock
£30,000 to £35,000
We are seeking a proactive Finance Analyst to support the team with accurate financial reporting and performance analysis. This role will help monitor KPIs and provide insights that support effective management decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate weekly and monthly financial reports, including P&L.Analyse performance data, highlight key trends, and support decision-making.Manage and reconcile accruals, provisions, and cost/revenue accounts.Ensure compliance with financial controls and corporate standards.Support process improvements and the development of standardised reporting.Assist with ad-hoc analysis and project support.Skills & CompetenciesStrong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI is a plus.Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively.Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
