Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The role involves managing day-to-day portfolio administration, supporting complex transactions, and working closely with senior team members while providing guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day administration of client portfolios with minimal supervision
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisors, bankers, and third parties
* Maintain accurate client records, registers, and statutory documentation
* Maintain task lists and monitor outstanding matters across the portfolio
* Support team coordination and contribute to efficient team operations
* Coordinate statutory filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
* Support complex transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
* Oversee payment processes, cash movements, drawdowns and distributions
* Support client onboarding and due diligence documentation
* Liaise with the accounts team to ensure client deliverables are completed on time
Skills & Experience
* Progressing towards or holding ICSA (or equivalent) qualification
* Minimum Of Three Years’ Relevant Experience
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction on delivery and delegate effectively
* Collaborative working style, building strong partnerships to achieve shared objectives
* Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and resolve issues effectively
* Sound judgement and confident decision-making skills
