Ad Hoc Administrator / Receptionist

Are you an experienced administrator or receptionist looking for flexible, ad hoc work? We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to cover a variety of establishments in and around Stoke-on-Trent.


Responsibilities

* Answering phones and greeting visitors
* General administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
* Supporting office staff with day-to-day duties
* Being adaptable to work in different locations as required


Skills & Requirements

* Previous experience as an administrator or receptionist is essential
* Professional, friendly, and reliable
* Flexible and willing to cover different sites on an ad hoc basis
* Strong communication and organisational skills


Details

* £12.21 per hour
* Various shifts
* Opportunity to work across a range of establishments
