This programme is ideal for graduates in Maths, English, Science, or Humanities who want to explore teaching, build confidence in the classroom, and strengthen a future PGCE or teacher training application.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate on our Future Teacher Programme, you will work alongside experienced teachers, gaining insight into day-to-day life in a secondary school while supporting pupils in lessons and across the wider school community.
What You’ll Do
* Support teaching and learning in your subject area
* Work with small groups and individual pupils
* Observe experienced teachers and best practice
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Gain experience in behaviour management and safeguarding
* Become a valued member of the school team
Who We’re Looking For
* A graduate (or final-year student) in Maths, English, Science, or Humanities
* Interest in pursuing a career in secondary teaching
* Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to supporting young people’s learning
