As Business Development Manager you’ll own and grow relationships with Sarens’ most important clients. You’ll identify new business opportunities, negotiating contracts. Your role is critical in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and delivering engineered solutions that live up to our promise: Nothing Too Heavy, Nothing Too High.
1. Manage and develop strategic accounts in the heavy lifting and transport sector.
2. Identify growth opportunities and lead contract negotiations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
4. Monitor client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
5. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
6. Report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with the regional commercial team.

7. Experience in account management or sales preferably within heavy equipment, construction, or industrial services.
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
10. Familiarity with contract management and budgeting.
11. Willingness to travel within the region.
