We are partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton that is seeking a talented Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department from February or April. This full-time role offers the chance to teach in a supportive environment where languages are valued and professional development is prioritised.
About the Role
Delivering Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities at KS5 in some settings
Designing lessons that actively develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Embedding cultural awareness and global perspectives into the Spanish curriculum
Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
Contributing to department planning, assessments, and language-based enrichment activities
About You
A qualified MFL teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
Confident in delivering the GCSE Spanish curriculum
Enthusiastic, creative, and able to motivate learners of varying abilities
Committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement
Either an experienced practitioner or an ECT seeking strong mentoring and development
