Our modern, purpose-built home combines comfort, innovation, and community, supporting up to 72 residents. Your role will centre around real, human care: Supporting residents with personal care, mobility and daily routines Offering companionship, reassurance and a listening ear Helping residents enjoy meals, activities and meaningful moments Working alongside nurses, colleagues and families to deliver truly person-centred care Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times No two days will be the same but every day, you’ll know your work matters. What we’re really looking for You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for people who are: Naturally kind and patient Reliable and proud of their work Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to learn, grow and ask questions Passionate about supporting older people with dignity and respect If you have a Level 2 in Health & Social Care, great. If not, we’ll support you to work towards it.
