What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, process payments, provide information on our financial services for certain products, and handle refunds.
* Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and product recommendations, supporting in the stock room during quieter times.
* Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
