As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll:
Ensure the highest standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance
Take a proactive role in care planning, audits, and clinical governance
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care home or similar setting
A genuine passion for elderly care and person-centred support
A full UK driving licence – due to our beautiful rural location
