We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to work for an established, fast-paced manufacturing company near Dartford, Kent. The Engineering Team Leader will be involved in all site planned and reactive maintenance on industrial production machinery. You will work Monday to Friday during the days, supporting the engineering manager, and must have an electrical engineering qualification and experience in manufacturing industries. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with opportunities for training and skill development.
Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:
* Electrical Engineering Qualification
* Experience leading a team of 7 engineers daily
* Experience in the manufacturing sector
* Willingness to be hands-on when required
* Experience with maintenance planning and organization
