It is one of the last remaining independent law firms in the area, servicing clients across the north of England and beyond.
Responsibilities:
* Opening files and inputting new instructions on to the case management system.
* Updating the case management system as the matter progresses.
* Dealing with clients on the telephone, in person and by email in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
* Drafting letters, Contracts and Transfers, and undertaking search applications.
* Generally providing support to a senior conveyancing solicitor in order to enable them to progress a high-volume caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions.
Experience Required:
* Residential Conveyancing experience is required, but all levels of experience considered.
* Must have the ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
* Must have good communication skills and be IT literate.
* Must be organised and have the ability to prioritise their workload.
