The successful Workday Analyst will be a confident, hands-on HCM specialist who is equally comfortable keeping the lights on in a BAU environment as they are driving improvements and system enhancements. You will need proven experience working with the following:
* Workday HCM configuration, business process optimisation and delivering system enhancements
* Workday Recruiting, including requisitions, candidate workflows and offer management
* Building and maintaining reports, dashboards and analytics to support HR and recruitment decision-making
* Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into effective technical solutions
* Managing BAU support, system changes and Workday release cycles, including impact assessments
* Working within governed, compliance-driven environments with an understanding of GDPR requirements
Workday HCM Certification is essential. Workday Recruiting certification, Prism Analytics experience and knowledge of additional modules such as Compensation, Absence or Payroll would be highly desirable, as would experience in a public sector or regulated environment.
