As a Global Payments Business Manager - Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and conducting robust analytics. You will support senior product leaders, ensure transparency around business performance drivers, and manage end-to-end business activities. Your role involves identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, making it essential to our success.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with leads to drive strategic focus for the product in a fast-moving payments landscape.
2. Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
3. Manage agendas for Business Reviews, coordinating planning activities and meeting content.
4. Track and analyze trends in revenues, transactional activity, and deal pipeline.
5. Analyze financial performance and identify productivity initiatives.
6. Create high-quality presentations for Business Reviews, Town Halls, and strategic meetings.
7. Contribute to the revenue budgeting and forecasting process.
8. Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Communicate effectively with business partners to drive project next steps.
10. Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities.
11. Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area
13. Prior experience in Business Management or a COO/CFO role
14. Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting.
15. Ability to manage large sets of data and articulate design decisions.
16. Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
17. Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
