* Up to £35,000 basic salary, with the potential to earn £40,000 OTE through performance-related bonuses

Duties Of An MOT Technician:
* Conduct MOT inspections on a variety of vehicles in compliance with legal requirements
* Ensure vehicles meet safety, environmental, and roadworthiness standards before passing
* Maintain accurate records of inspection outcomes and any recommended repairs
* Explain MOT results to customers clearly, providing relevant advice and recommendations
* Support the team with light servicing or additional automotive tasks when required
* Work efficiently to ensure timely vehicle turnaround while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements Of An MOT Technician:
* Valid MOT test licence is essential
* A clean driving licence is advantageous
* Proven experience working on multiple makes and models of cars and vans
* Background in fast-fit or similar automotive environments is preferred
* Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting the team and meeting deadlines
