Job Title: Senior/Principal Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Consultant to join our Consulting team at RSM, based in Milton Keynes, UK. Our Consulting division integrates multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to deliver client-centric solutions for middle-market clients. Our team plays a vital role in driving firm growth, with over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m in revenue.

Overall Job Purpose
Assist in managing the Technology Risk Assurance (TRA) client portfolio alongside Partners and Directors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assignments, with a specialization in Cyber Security clients.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the delivery of TRA assignments, particularly in Cyber Security, ensuring completion within time and budget, and resolve issues in consultation with Directors/Partners.
2. Lead TRA teams and individuals to ensure effective service delivery.
3. Manage a regional client portfolio.
4. Perform complex TRA assignments.
5. Represent the firm in TRA matters, including client meetings and audit committees.
6. Assist in drafting proposals and tender presentations for business development.
7. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional work.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Professional qualification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
* Proven experience supporting Not-for-Profit & Financial Services clients with Cyber Security Internal Audits.
* Extensive IT Audit experience.
* Experience auditing Active Directory and cloud security environments.
* Leadership skills in managing and coaching teams.
* Proficiency with IT tools, including Excel, audit, and accounts packages.
* Strong technical knowledge of internal audit processes and sector issues.
* Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
Desirable Skills
* Responsibility and quality management in work tasks.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to task completion.
* Willingness to travel nationally (less than 30%).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
