The Team Assistant Role
As Team Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and wider ECC team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing diaries and client comms to coordinating events and refining internal processes, no two days will look the same – you’ll wear many different hats in this role so being able to juggle multiple priorities is a must!
Your responsibilities in the role will be broad but will fall into two areas; Executive Support & Operations:
Executive Support
* Diary management – support our Managing Director in diary management for efficient scheduling and effective prioritisation
* Client Communication – ensuring follow up emails are sent and current clients are continually updated
* Meeting Coordination – arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared
* Team Growth – scheduling training sessions and gathering skill development needs for the team
Operations
* Event logistics – support the coordination and planning of client events, both virtually and in-person, liaising with vendors and suppliers
* Administrative support – undertake administrative tasks such as creating client presentations using Canva and maintaining internal systems and databases.
* Maintain key admin processes and support general team operations
Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
* A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.
* Basic experience with Canva, Google Sheets and Monday.com (or another project management tool) is desirable but not essential.

* £30K annual salary
