About the Role
* Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision.
* Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, Equality Act 2010, and safeguarding requirements.
* Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and support for pupils with SEND, LAC, and EAL.
* Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
* Provide a supportive and inclusive school environment.
* Offer opportunities for professional development and leadership growth.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
* Display excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
