Are you ready to take the next step in your career in social care? We're looking for experienced care professionals to take on a Deputy Manager role at our well-established home in Worsley, Manchester.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team of around 35 care professionals to offer outstanding care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager of the home to achieve the highest standards of care. You must be confident in managing the day-to-day operation of the home as you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care.
