Job Description
3. Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
4. Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Debtor & Creditor reconciliations
7. Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
8. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as required.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
11. Provide ad hoc support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Finance Accountant should have:
12. A background in accounting or finance.
13. Experience in the professional services industry is advantageous.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
17. Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
