Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, Social Media person who can also help with administration of wages (training will be given) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media that will foster positive relationships with our community.
Maintenance and development of our website.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
* Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels in a timely manner.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Assist our accounting team with processing wages each month.
Skills
* Experience in social media across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
* Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
