We welcome an experienced band 6 physio looking to develop skills in a supportive environment, or a band 7 physio seeking to develop team lead responsibilities. You will be part of a dynamic, friendly physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary team, seeing children and young people with a wide variety of conditions.
You will provide high standards of physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and advice to children, young people, carers, and families. You will undertake the lead role in assessment, diagnosis, and formulation of physiotherapy treatment plans.
You will be the physiotherapy lead within the multidisciplinary team, providing specialist advice to other health professionals, such as child psychologists, health visitors, GPs, social care professionals, and education services.
You will supervise and educate band 6 physiotherapists (for band 7s), physiotherapy assistants, colleagues, and students.
You will be responsible for the operational delivery of a defined area or team within the service, focusing on community development.
