Care Team Leader
COMPENSATION: £13.25
LOCATION: Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours full-time
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our healthcare team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. As a Team Leader, you will lead and inspire support workers, ensuring high standards of care and support for our service users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage support workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure person-centred care.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals.
* Monitor and evaluate care quality, identifying improvements and implementing changes.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
* Provide hands-on support, including personal care, meal prep, and medication administration.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate records.
REQUIREMENTS
* Leadership experience in healthcare, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities.
* Compassionate, empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Knowledge of legislation and regulations, including CQC standards.
* Flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Passion for improving lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING
Cecilian Court is a supported living service in Stamford, designed for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other conditions. The facility includes 11 self-contained flats, accessible and designed for independence and skill development.
