* Manage projects including financial oversight, change control and quality assurance.
* Mentor, supervise and develop junior team members.

We provide high‑quality technical services and advice to a wide range of high‑profile customers in the UK and overseas, including government departments, the water industry and industrial sectors such as power, transport, nuclear, mining, commercial and oil and gas.

We offer a supportive environment for a motivated and talented individual to fulfil their potential. We recognise that our people are central to our success as a business.

Qualifications

* MSc in Hydrogeology combined with a BSc degree in a related discipline (e.g., geology, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, environmental science).
* Chartership with a relevant professional body or working towards chartership.

What We Will Be Looking For

* Strong understanding of UK hydrogeology and the environmental and regulatory framework of UK water management.
* Strong project management skills, with experience of managing projects from start to finish.
* Understanding of client needs, opportunities and challenges, with a track record of leading and winning work.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the potential to engage and influence at all levels.
* Strong commercial awareness, with experience of identifying and developing business opportunities and preparing winning proposals.
* Excellent report‑writing, technical review, numerical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for solving challenging hydrogeological/hydrological problems.

Benefits / Work‑Life Balance

* Flexibility to take one hour each day for personal activities, with the option to make up the time later.
* Part‑time and flexible working arrangements, option to purchase additional leave and use bank holiday entitlement.
* Inclusion and belonging initiatives, employee resource groups, and a culture of respect and authenticity.
