Role: Director, Technology Business Partnering
As a Director, Technology Business Partnering, you'll be the liaison between Carnival UK's Maritime and Ships, Corporate functions, and the Technology department. You'll lead engagement with senior stakeholders across Carnival Group, ensuring technology investments align with business goals, risks are managed, and opportunities are leveraged. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology roadmap and enabling high-quality, impactful delivery across ship and shore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading strategic engagement between Technology and Maritime & Corporate Functions.
2. Driving decisions on technology investments aligned with business priorities.
3. Facilitating planning processes across CUK, All Brand Group, and other operating companies.
4. Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement from investment decision to delivery.
5. Supporting business ownership and participation in roadmap releases and change initiatives.

* Proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills in complex environments.
* Ability to translate business concepts into actionable technology plans.
* Experience managing change and driving technology strategy in large organizations.
