As Legal Support Manager, you’ll take the reins in delivering an exceptional, client-focused legal support service. Managing and mentoring a talented team of Practice Assistants and Team Assistants, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, enabling fee earners to perform at their best. By strategically designing and implementing efficient support services, you’ll contribute directly to the firm’s success and enhance the client experience. Flexibility is key to your success here Be part of a firm that values teamwork and knowledge sharing, fostering an inclusive and vibrant environment where everyone thrives What You’ll Be Doing Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Practice Assistants and Team Assistants, ensuring top-tier administrative support is delivered consistently Collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and implement efficient support services that empower fee earners to excel Prioritise and manage multiple demands while maintaining a laser focus on client satisfaction and quality Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and systems, driving efficiency and overall firm performance Act as a role model and mentor, providing guidance and fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture What You Bring to the Table Proven leadership experience in a legal or professional services setting, ideally in a practice support or management role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a solid background in legal support services Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage change and lead multiple stakeholders effectively A commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest standards of client service and support Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone.
