What You’ll Do:
* Drive sales and grow our brand presence across your territory
* Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Showcase new products and ensure standout merchandising and shelf visibility
* Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
* Share insights on market trends and contribute to team strategy
* Mentor and support new team members
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in Sales/ Retails Sales or Merchandising with a strong customer focus
* Organised, strategic, and results-driven
* Passion for the food industry and awareness of market trends
* Comfortable using computer systems, reporting tools, and hand-held tech
* Excellent communicator with initiative and team spirit
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ FMCG van sales experience
* Full clean driver’s license
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Proficient in MS Office
* Commercially aware, able to provide regular market feedback
