Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager / Contracts Manager based in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing site teams and production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production processes to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Experience in new housebuilding for volume developers
* Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety and NHBC regulations
* Experience with budget management
