Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 06:00 am and 2:00 pm
About the role
Royal Mail is recruiting for Network Distribution System Administrators. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the Distribution Management System and inputting data daily.
* Updating CDU/FTA system to record HGV drivers' hours to comply with European legislation.
* Issuing vehicle keys and logbooks according to standards.
* Downloading digital tacho cards as per policy.
* Conducting daily driver debriefs and reporting unresolved issues.
* Ensuring vehicle maintenance is carried out and records are up to date.
